Opened 2023 to replace the old Bird Park in Jurong, this is Asia’s largest bird park with a collection of more than 5,000 birds from 380 species, divided into 10 geographically themed zones ranging from Papuan jungle to African savannah and Antarctic penguins. The park is attractively presented and quite enjoyable even if you aren't a hardcore ornithologist, with elevated paths through huge aviaries and feeding stations to ensure birds come up close. There are air-conditioned areas between each zone if you need to cool off. For kids needing reprieve from the tropical heat in Singapore, head over to Egg Splash Wet Play Area, a bird-themed water playground (included in the ticket).
